Last Updated: October 21, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are the agreement between you and Travaco.com (“Travaco,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) when you use travaco.com or book flights, hotels, tours, or Hajj and Umrah packages with us. Please read them carefully before you book.
1. About these Terms
Travaco.com is operated by [legal entity name and registered address]. By searching, creating an account, or making a booking on our website, or by booking through our staff, you agree to these Terms and to any additional terms shown for a specific product, such as a package itinerary or an airline fare rule. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
If a package or promotion has its own terms that conflict with these Terms, the specific terms apply to that booking.
2. Our role
- Flights, hotels, and other individual services. We act as an agent. We arrange a contract between you and the airline, hotel, or other supplier. That supplier provides the service and its own terms apply, including its fare rules, cancellation policy, and conditions of carriage.
- Tours and packages, including Hajj and Umrah packages. We act as the tour operator for the package we sell, and we are responsible for arranging the services listed in your confirmed itinerary. Some services within a package are delivered by third-party suppliers, as explained in Section 14.
Your booking confirmation states which of these applies to each item.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to make a booking. If you book for others, you confirm that you have their permission and that you are responsible for ensuring they accept these Terms and the supplier terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, complete, and current information, and tell us promptly if it changes.
4. Bookings and confirmation
Availability and prices shown on our website are an invitation to book. A contract is formed only when we send you a written booking confirmation, usually by email. Until then, we may decline a booking, for example if a fare or room is no longer available, if payment fails, or if we suspect fraud.
- Check your confirmation immediately and tell us right away about any mistake.
- Traveler names must match the passport or travel document exactly. You are responsible for any cost caused by incorrect details you supply.
- Ticket issuance, seat selection, and hotel room allocation may be subject to supplier availability and rules.

8. Changes and cancellations by us or suppliers
Travel plans can change for reasons outside our control, such as airline schedule changes, weather, strikes, security events, government decisions, or health measures. If a supplier or we must change or cancel part of your trip:
- We will tell you as soon as reasonably possible.
- For minor changes, such as a small flight time change or an equivalent hotel, we will arrange the best alternative available. These do not entitle you to compensation.
- For a significant change or cancellation of a package, we will offer you an alternative of similar standard where possible, or a refund of the amount you paid for the affected services.
We are not responsible for extra costs you incur because of events outside our reasonable control (“force majeure”), except where the law requires otherwise.
9. Travel documents, visas, and health
You are responsible for having the documents needed for your whole journey, including:
- A passport valid for the period required by each country you visit, usually at least six months beyond your return date, with enough blank pages
- Visas, entry permits, and transit visas
- Required vaccinations and health certificates
Entry rules change often. Check the requirements of the destination, transit countries, and your own government before you travel. If you are refused boarding or entry because of missing or invalid documents, we are not responsible for the cost and no refund is due. Where we offer visa assistance, we only prepare and submit applications; we cannot guarantee approval or processing times.
10. Hajj and Umrah packages
The following terms apply in addition to the rest of these Terms when you book a Hajj or Umrah package.
- Eligibility. Participation is subject to the rules of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including age, health, vaccination, gender and companion (mahram) requirements, and any quotas that apply. We may ask for documents to confirm eligibility.
- Visas and permits. Umrah and Hajj visas and permits are issued by the Saudi authorities. We apply on your behalf, but approval, dates, and conditions are outside our control. If a visa or permit is refused, we will refund the amount you paid, minus our service fee, the visa fee, and any costs we have already paid to suppliers that cannot be recovered.
- Government rules can change. Authorities may change entry rules, quotas, season dates, or procedures at short notice. If this affects your package, Section 8 applies.
- Itinerary and accommodation. Hotel names, room types, and approximate distances to the Holy Mosques are described in good faith. Distances are estimates and exact room allocation, floor, or view cannot be guaranteed. We may substitute a hotel of equal or higher standard when necessary.
- Group travel. Packages run as group programs. You agree to follow the schedule and reasonable instructions of the group leader and guides. We are not able to hold the group for late arrivals, and unused services are not refundable.
- Religious obligations. We provide travel, accommodation, and logistics. We do not guarantee your ability to perform specific rituals at particular times, as this can be affected by crowd control, security, and official regulations. Religious guidance is your own responsibility.
- Health and wellbeing. Pilgrimage can be physically demanding, including long walking distances and heat. You confirm you are fit to travel, and you should consult your doctor beforehand.
- Transfers of bookings. Hajj and Umrah bookings are personal. Name changes and transfers are subject to authority approval and are not guaranteed.
11. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that every traveler has comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical treatment, repatriation, baggage, and trip disruption. Unless we have arranged insurance for you in writing, you are responsible for obtaining it. Many problems and costs are covered by insurance and not by us.
12. Your responsibilities and conduct
- Arrive at airports, hotels, and meeting points on time, following the supplier’s check-in and reporting requirements.
- Follow the laws of the countries you visit and the rules of airlines, hotels, and transport providers.
- Behave considerately toward other travelers, staff, and local communities.
- You are responsible for loss or damage you cause to suppliers’ property.
We or a supplier may refuse or end the services for anyone whose behavior is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive, and no refund will be due in that case.
13. Special requests and accessibility
Tell us at the time of booking about any special requirements, such as meals, wheelchair assistance, or mobility needs. We will pass requests to the supplier, but we cannot guarantee that they will be met unless we confirm them in writing.
14. Suppliers and our liability
Airlines, hotels, transport companies, and local service providers are independent businesses. For services we arrange as an agent, we are not responsible for the supplier’s acts, omissions, delays, or failures, and your claim is against the supplier.
For packages we sell as tour operator, we are responsible for the proper performance of the services in your confirmed itinerary, even when third parties deliver them, subject to these Terms and the law.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of enjoyment not caused by our breach, business losses, or events outside our reasonable control. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected booking. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
15. Complaints
If something goes wrong during your trip, tell the supplier or our representative immediately so it can be put right. If it is not resolved, contact us in writing within 7 days of your return, with your booking reference and details. We will investigate and reply promptly.

17. Privacy and cookies
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By making a booking you agree that we may share your data with the suppliers and authorities needed to arrange your trip.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute will be handled by the state courts of Fort Bend County, Texas, or the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
